At Cedar Valley we help patients with wide range of psychiatric problems – depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, adjustment disorders. We will work with you to gain a new prospective, improve your self-esteem, manage stress and anger, improve communication skills and relationships.


We provide assessment and evaluation but also an opportunity to receive treatment at the practice as we offer a team of board certified psychiatrist and experienced psychotherapists. You will be on the road to obtaining the success and fulfillment you have been seeking for such a long time.   • Dr. Gale Georgeff, MD

    Board Certified Psychiatrist

    Dr Georgeff, MD is a psychiatrist licensed to practice medicine in the state of Pennsylvania. She completed her residency training in psychiatry at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York and a fellowship at New York University in Manhattan, New York. After compIeting her residency she moved to Pennsylvania where she started working for Penn State Hershey Medical Center. She worked as an assistant professor and inpatient psychiatrist at Hershey Medical Center and Pennsylvania Psychiatric Institute, where she took care of patients, taught, supervised medical students and residents, and served as the medical director of one of the inpatient units. In July 2013 she transitioned into a private practice.

    Dr. Georgeff is Board Certified from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and a member of the American Psychiatric Association. She has extensive training and work experience in managing a wide range of psychiatric problems including but not limited to:

    Mood disorders


    Bipolar disorder

    Anxiety Disorders

    Generalized Anxiety Disorder

    Panic Disorder

    Post-traumatic Stress Disorder

  • Jessica Hill, LSW

    Licensed Social Worker

    Jessica Hill is an experienced clinical licensed social worker with years of expertise in the practice of social work and psychotherapy. Jessica has utilized different therapy techniques including psycho-dynamic and cognitive behavioral approaches. She is an experienced and compassionate social worker who is able to effectively handle complex and crisis situations. Excellent critical thinking skills, empathetic, able to work with different racial, socioeconomic, and ethnic communities with respect and openness. Jessica completed her Master of Social Work degree at West Chester University - West Chester, PA.

    Catherine Kelly, LSW

    Licensed Social Worker

    Catherine Kelly is a Licensed Social Worker working with adult patients in an individual and group setting. Catherine completed her Master of Social Work degree at Temple University. She utilizes psychotherapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques. Catherine’s interests include – depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, improving self-esteem, stress and anger management, improving communication skills, and relationship issues. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers.
