Rebecca Gooden
Certified Health and Life Coach

I have always had a passion for an integrated approach to health and wellness.  Through my training as a Health and Life Coach I have learned how to integrate exercise, nutrition, psychology and a host of other factors to help empower others to achieve their health goals.

I also love helping others become the best versions of themselves.  Despite a wide availability of health/nutrition/exercise information, putting knowledge into action can be difficult.  My favorite part about coaching is watching my clients realize they are capable of making lasting meaningful changes.

I earned my Health Coach and Life Coach Certification from the Health Coach Institute.

I am interested in working towards helping clients address their struggles with ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, and other mood disorders, as well as assisting with individuals’ and family/couples’ communication and self-realization. I utilize various techniques including CBT and Pragmatic/Experiential Therapy in order to promote and reinforce positive habits, such as improved affirmations and self-talk.
